Preferred Machine, LLC provides TIG and MIG welding services:
MIG Welding
The MIG welding process allows Preferred Machine to weld at different positions. In this way Preferred can weld product both horizontal and vertical (downhill) but also uphill for thicker materials. Additionally MIG welding allows us to weld a large number of metals, join thick and thin items. However, for specialized high alloy metals, our (link) TIG welding process may be more appropriate.
TIG Welding
Because of superior arc and weld puddle control with TIG welding, Preferred Machine, LLC is able to create clean welds for the best end product appearance. Since heat input is controlled usually by foot petal, TIG allows us to cool or heat the weld puddle which provides a high degree of precices weld bead control. Additionally, our TIG welding process allows us to make welds in all positions including flat, horizontal, vertical, and even overhead.
